If, for any reason, you aren’t satisfied with the coffee in your cup after receiving your coffee, drop us a line and let us know at hello@theblacklabcoffee.co we’d be more than happy to help! If we deem it to be an issue with a The Black Lab Coffee Co. product, we will happily exchange the product for a brand newbie straight to your door.

7 Days to Return

In the instance that you are not completely satisfied with your The Black Lab Coffee Co. product, we require communication from you within 7 days of the product arriving at the nominated delivery address.
