From the village of Shantawene in Bensa, Sidama, a washed heirloom grown between 2,000m and 2,300m. Jasmine and bergamot up front, with ripe peach and a sweet lemon finish sitting underneath. Bright without turning sharp, and a good one for anyone who likes their filter coffee to taste a little like a spring morning.
